چکیده

Digital transformation which impacts business operations is one of the most fundamental social and economic occurrences our times. The paper seeks to find out how digital marketing activities in small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) examine overall changes triggered by technology concept, its instruments, SMEs Poland. main research question focuses on direction performed organisations evolve nowadays. Analyses considerations are based logical inference, examination results empirical studies, critical literature review, author’s market observations. Conducted analyses have demonstrated that, covered study, technologies deployed rather widely, although many instances these belong category traditional tools. IT tools also impact marketing, helping build relationships with clients creating value each organisation.
